TERMS & CONDITIONS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days to Huma Jewellers (Karachi). Watches and Jewelry must be in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, attached tags, and warranty documents, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered jewelry and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +92-21-35302031/39 which remains open 11:45am-8pm PST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Saturday) except Friday (3pm-8pm).

Items cannot be refunded or exchange if the receipt or order # is not provided.

Once repaired from other vendors, items cannot be exchange or refunded.

 

ORDER PLACEMENT

  • Custom orders will be placed after you have provided at least 50% of the total amount.
  • If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service. There is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special Order items.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE IS SIMPLE

  • Jewelry will be examined within 3 working days.
  • 100% Diamond value, 100% Master piece color gems
  • Gold’s Current value (Net Weight) will be adjusted to your credit amount.
  • Discounted price will also be deducted.
  • Solitaires will be exchanged on 85% of the current value.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • To return an item, the customer must write to us at huma_jewel@hotmail.com. Also indicate the return reason in the email and attach a copy of your receipt. A prompt response is assured to such mails.
  • Please provide as much information regarding your order as possible, including the date of purchase, the name and address associated with your order, and the order number.
  • 80% of Diamonds and Gold (Net Weight) is refundable.
  • Discounted price will also be deducted.
  • Before return, jewelry will be examined for any damage done by you.
  • If damaged, additional amount will be deducted depending on the damage.
  • After confirmation of refund, cheque of desired amount will be provided within 21 days.
  • Solitaires will be refunded on 80% of the current value.

 

JEWELRY REPAIRS

  • Accidents happen. If you damage your jewelry in any way after the item has been in your possession for more than 30 days from the date of delivery, we can repair it for you! We offer excellent repairs at competitive prices.
  • Once we receive your item, our jewelers will appraise the damage and estimate the necessary cost of repair. If their review requires any changes to your initial estimate, we’ll contact you and provide you with an update.
  • If you accept the estimated costs, only then will we charge your account and proceed with the repair(s).

 

RING SIZES

  • There are certain types of rings that we are unable to re-size. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. With this in mind, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as we may need to exchange it.

 

GUARANTEE

  • We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee
  • everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honored at our store.
  • These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
