Collection Policy

Showroom collection only. We do not deliver by courier. Every online order is collected in person from the showroom you choose at checkout: Karachi (Zamzama, DHA Phase 5), Lahore (DHA Phase 6) or Islamabad (F-7 Markaz). Collection is free.

When it is ready. We message you on WhatsApp or SMS when your piece is ready. Ready time varies by piece. We confirm your collection date in writing when you order.

What to bring. Your order number and original CNIC (or passport for foreign nationals). The name must match the order.

Someone collecting for you. Send us written authorisation on WhatsApp or email before the visit, naming the person. They must bring their own original CNIC and a copy of yours.

Check before you sign. Inspect the piece and its certificate at the counter before signing. Ownership and risk pass to you when you or your nominee sign for it.

Holding period. We hold your piece for 30 days after the ready message. After that, please contact us to arrange collection.

Showroom hours. Monday to Thursday and Saturday 12–8 pm, Friday 2–8 pm, Sunday closed.
