GENERAL:

Huma Jewellers (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates [humajewel.com] and physical stores. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website or physical stores. By using our website, visiting our stores, or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

PRODUCTS:

We offer fine jewellery, including diamond, gold, polki, and handcrafted pieces, as well as watches. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are intended to be accurate. Slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDER PLACEMENT:

Custom orders will be placed after 50% of the total amount is paid. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service. A 20% restocking fee applies for cancellation of any special order items. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation is issued.

PAYMENT:

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other available payment methods. All payments must be made in full before orders are processed. Prices are stated in [PKR/USD] and do not include applicable taxes unless specified.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We deliver within Pakistan and internationally (where applicable). Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Huma Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days to Huma Jewellers (Karachi). Watches and jewellery must be in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, attached tags, and warranty documents. Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered jewellery, and items engraved with personalised information cannot be returned or exchanged. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged if the receipt or order number is not provided. Items repaired by other vendors cannot be exchanged or refunded.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Jewellery will be examined within 3 working days. 100% value of diamonds and master-piece colour gems will be credited. Gold’s current value (net weight) will be adjusted to your credit amount. Discounted prices will be deducted. Solitaires will be exchanged at 85% of current value.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

To return an item, email us at huma_jewel@hotmail.com, including your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. 80% of diamonds and gold (net weight) is refundable. Discounted prices will be deducted. Jewellery will be examined for any damage; additional deductions may apply for damage caused by the customer. Refunds are issued via cheque within 21 days after confirmation. Solitaires are refunded at 80% of current value.

JEWELLERY REPAIRS:

Accidents happen. If your jewellery is damaged more than 30 days after delivery, we offer expert repairs at competitive prices. Once received, our jewellers will appraise the damage and provide a repair estimate. You will be contacted if there are any changes to the estimate. Repairs proceed only after your approval of the estimated costs.

RING SIZES:

Some ring styles cannot be resized due to design or stone placement. Rings must remain unworn if you require a different size, as exchange may be necessary.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE:

Huma Jewellers guarantees all products against manufacturing defects. This guarantee is honoured at our store and is in addition to your statutory rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All content on our website, including images, designs, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Huma Jewellers and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Huma Jewellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping beyond our control.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

CHANGES TO TERMS:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website; continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
