Return & Exchange Policy

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days to Huma Jewellers (Karachi). Watches and jewelry must be in their original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, attached tags, and warranty documents to be eligible for return or exchange. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged if the receipt or order number is not provided.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain items are excluded from this policy. Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered jewelry, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, once items have been repaired or altered by other vendors, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

To return an item, you must write to us at huma_jewel@hotmail.com. Please indicate the return reason in the email and attach a copy of your receipt. You must provide as much information regarding your order as possible, including the date of purchase, the name and address associated with the order, and the order number. A prompt response is assured to such emails.

REFUND STRUCTURE:

Upon approval, 80% of the value of Diamonds and Gold (Net Weight) is refundable. Solitaires will be refunded at 80% of the current value. Any discounted price originally given will be deducted from the refund amount. Before the return is finalized, jewelry will be examined for any damage done by you ; if damaged, an additional amount will be deducted depending on the extent of the damage. After confirmation of the refund, a cheque for the approved amount will be provided within 21 days.

EXCHANGE STRUCTURE:

The exchange procedure is simple: jewelry submitted for exchange will be examined within 3 working days.

Diamonds & Gems: We credit 100% of the value for Diamonds and Masterpiece color gems.

Gold: Gold will be adjusted to your credit amount based on its current value (Net Weight).

Solitaires: Solitaires will be exchanged at 85% of the current value.

Deductions: Any discounted price originally provided will be deducted from the credit amount.

CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special Order items.

REPAIRS & SIZING:

Accidents happen. If you damage your jewelry in any way after the item has been in your possession for more than 30 days, we can repair it for you at competitive prices. Once we receive your item, our jewelers will appraise the damage and estimate the cost. We will only charge your account and proceed with repairs after you accept the estimated costs. Regarding sizing, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as some styles cannot be resized and may need to be exchanged.
